1. Should I register to use the web services?

Yes, in order to be able to make any purchase it is necessary to be registered.

2. I have forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, you just have to introduce your email and we will give you a new password so that you can access your user account.

3. How much do the bets and lottery tickets cost?

Hermano Pedro Lottery is an official point of sale of Loterias y Apuestas del Estado, therefore, the cost of the bets and lottery tickets in our website is the same as in our physical point of sales. We don't apply any type of charge on purchases or collection of prizes.

4. How do I pay?

There are three different forms of payment:

1. Charge account: When the balance in your account exceeds the amount of your order.

 

2. Credit card: The payment is made immediately and with all the security measures.

 

3. Deposit or bank tranfer: Once registered in our website, a bank account number will appear in order to make the deposit or bank transfer. The order number and name must be indicated. The order will not be fullfilled until the corresponding deposit or bank transfer is received within a maximum of 8 calendar days. This payment method will only be available for amounts greater than 50€.

 

5. Which is the shipping method and how are prizes collected when tickets are kept in custody?

There are 3 shipping methods for national lottery: courier service, keep in custody or pick up in the lottery administration.

In case you choose courier shipping, once the payment is fullfilled, and after 72 working hours, you will receive your order at the indicated address.

The bets will always be kept in custody.

There bets have 3 stages.

1. Pre-validation: The bet has been bought but it has not yet been validated by the Loterías del Estado system.

2. Validation: The bet has been validated by the Loterías del Estado system.

3. Scrutiny: After the draw, we scrutinize all the bets and indicate the prizes that each bet has won. The amount of these prizes are automatically added to the corresponding user account. From their account, users may request the payment of the prizes to their personal bank account. This process does not involve any charge or retention, the user will receive the full amount requested when the provided bank account belongs to national territory. If the provided bank account is not in Spain, we will substract the comissions - charges applied by the correspondgin bank.

This process will take 24 to 72 hours, depending on the bank to which we transfer the money.

During the whole process we will maintain the user updated by email and through the user account.
